"Eating Our Way to God's Kingdom" Series - February 2019
People are hungry for meaningful connections, and the church offers an opportunity to form significant relationships as a community of faith. In February, Pastor Brian will kick off a new series called “Eating Our Way to God’s Kingdom.” Time and again, the Bible uses images like food and hunger, banquets and eating together to teach us something about our relationship with God and each other. In this series, we will explore our hunger for God. We will find our place at God’s table with those who have been left out. We will recognize that from God’s abundance we have enough. We will determine if certain people, like certain foods, should be avoided. We will discover that those who eat with Jesus are sent out to serve others who are hungry.
